Ability
The Small Cabin accommodates 2 people. The Large Cabin accommodates 5 people (4 adults and 1 child under 12). Children are welcome in the Large Cabin from age 5 or younger, or if they are under 1 year old . The interior staircase is not suitable for children between 1 and 5 years old (no safety gate). In the event that additional unforeseen persons are found, the owner reserves the right to charge the cost planned for the total rental period or even to interrupt the stay if the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity.
Reservation
The reservation is confirmed and final upon receipt by the owner of full payment for stays of less than one week, and 50% of the payment for stays of 7 days or more. The balance will be due a few days before the arrival date.
The minimum rental period is 1 night except in July/August:
- 7 nights for the Grande Cabane
- 3 nights for the Little Cabin

Prices
The nightly rate is for 2 people. For each additional person (large cabin only), a rate of €20 per night will apply. Weekly bookings (7 nights) receive a 15% discount, equivalent to the 7th night being free.
Caution
A security deposit of €300 for the Large Cabin and €200 for the Small Cabin, payable by check or cash, will be required upon arrival and key collection. If necessary, the cost of any damage or unpaid items will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Please inform us of any breakage or damage that occurs during your stay; it can happen, but it's best to let us know 😉!
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is included in the price of your stay. For your information, it amounts to €0.61 per day per adult, or €8.54 per week for 2 adults.
Cancellation or modification conditions on your part
A reservation cancellation will only be effective after confirmation by email that it has been received by the owner.
For stays of at least 2 nights, if the cancellation occurs:
- less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount is retained by the owner;
- between 4 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the total amount is refunded;
- at least 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount is refunded.
For one-night stays "Night + Breakfast Rate" if the cancellation occurs:
- the day before and on the day itself, 100% of the total amount is retained by the owner;
-Between 2 and 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the total amount is refunded;
- at least 6 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount is refunded.
Our cancellation or modification conditions
In the event of a weather alert with announced external events beyond our control, such as severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your stay for your safety. We will then offer you alternative accommodation or the option to reschedule your stay for a later date within the following 12 months. If this offer is not suitable, you will receive a full refund of your booking, and no further compensation will be due.
Interruption
In the event of an interruption of the current stay, 100% of the remaining amount of the stay will be due.
Arrival / Departure
Access to the cabins is from 3 pm for the Petite Cabane (Small Cabin) and from 4 pm for the Grande Cabane (Large Cabin). For organizational reasons and because we have agricultural work to do on the property, we ask that you inform us at least the day before your arrival of an approximate arrival time, which must be confirmed at least 2 hours beforehand on the day itself .
Departure is at the latest at 10am for the Grande Cabane, at 11am for the Petite Cabane.
Household linen, cleaning and waste
Linens (dish towels, sheets, and bath towels) are provided. Bath towels are not permitted in the pool area. Please bring your own pool towels. The property is cleaned and beds are made upon arrival. Cleaning is included for stays of less than 7 nights. A cleaning fee is mandatory for stays of 7 nights or more and must be paid on site by check or cash: Large Cabin = €80, Small Cabin = €50.
During the rental period, cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (including the griddle). At the end of the stay, the dishes must be washed, dried, and put away, and the griddle cleaned. Sheets and towels must be placed in the shower. Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated containers near the parking area, as indicated on the information sheet in the cabin.
If you notice any oversight, please report it promptly; complaints about cleaning not reported on the day of your arrival cannot be taken into account or give rise to a subsequent claim.
A large capacity washing machine is available for your use during your stay (one wash is free).
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the "Night +, Breakfast" rate and is available as an option for €10 per person per day for other rates. It includes a hot drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or milk), organic apple juice, yogurt, fresh bread and a pastry per person (choose one the day before; otherwise, a croissant), butter, homemade jams, honey from the apiary, and seasonal fruit. It is delivered to the cabin's pulley between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.
Breakfasts are payable on site at the end of your stay by credit card, check or cash.
Shared swimming pool
The swimming pool is open seasonally (generally from June to September) from 8 am to 8 pm and is shared with the guests of the other cabin as well as the owners. Please respect the shared access to the pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and inflatable games are available for your use. Please take care of them, close the parasols when you're finished using them to prevent them from blowing away and landing in the pool, and remove all the games from the pool to avoid clogging the filtration system. Please let us know if any items are lost or broken during use (it can happen, but it's better to tell us! 😉)
The use of sunscreen is prohibited for swimming as it damages the pool liner. Please bring either UV-protective swim shirts or shower thoroughly before swimming using the shower provided near the pool.
The swimming pool is accessed via two closed gates to prevent children from entering unaccompanied. Please ensure you close the gates behind you and never leave children alone and unsupervised. The pool is 1.40 meters deep, so diving is strictly prohibited.
Playground
The playground is available for your use and must be supervised by adults: trampoline, football pitch with goal and rugby posts, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, slackline. The trampoline must be used while respecting social distancing guidelines to avoid any accidents. The play equipment is stored on the wooden bench in front of the shop area (badminton rackets, Finnish skittles, pétanque balls, balls, etc.). Please take care of the equipment and put it back on the bench after each use. Please inform us of any loss or breakage that occurs during use (it can happen, but it's better to let us know! 😉)
Animals
Animals are not allowed in the cabins or on the property.
Electric car charging station
A "Green up" type charging station is available near the shop. Charging is available on request only and at night during off-peak hours (10 PM to 7 AM) for a flat rate of €10 per night. Please let us know your connection requirements.
Cabin compliance
The cabins were built by the company Nid Perché and comply with the DTU 31.2 NF P 21-204 standard. They are easily accessible by stairs, and the terraces are enclosed by railings. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults during their stay. They must be accompanied and supervised in the cabins, on the terraces, outdoors, in the playground, and at the swimming pool. It is strictly forbidden to leave them alone unattended. Climbing on the branches of the trees that overhang the cabin terraces is strictly prohibited. The cabins have been inspected by a CERES CONTROL certified organization; the report is available upon request.
Fire safety
Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins, as is lighting candles in the cabins or on the terraces. An ashtray is provided on the terrace, and it is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. The griddle provided for guests is their responsibility during their stay. They are responsible for ensuring it is properly extinguished and for closing the gas cylinder when not in use.
Vehicle traffic
Vehicle traffic is prohibited on the access road to the cabins. Access is only via the rural and hiking trail that crosses the meadow. Cars must be parked in the designated parking area near the house and must not remain parked under or near the cabins. For safety reasons, the speed limit is 20 km/h on the site. Please be mindful of children, other people, and any animals present on the site (horses, sheep, dogs).
Night traffic
To respect nature and its inhabitants, and to allow you to fully enjoy the starry nights, the entrances to the cabins are not lit. However, you will find lanterns in your cabins for getting to and from your vehicles. Please return them to the cabins at the end of your stay and ensure that you do not leave any outdoor lights on (during the day or at night while you are sleeping).
Insurance
The tenant is required to insure against damages of any kind that may give rise to liability, for example by taking out holiday insurance.
Acceptance of the internal regulations
Booking one of our cabins or the gîte implies acceptance of these regulations.

Whatever happens, the owners are there to ensure you have the best stay. Therefore, for any complaint or simple request, please contact the owners directly on site who are there to ensure you have the best stay.
